Wonderful photo and memory jerker. I wonder where these kids are now and if they recognise themselves. This was a major annual event, and not just for the Catholic Church. No matter how hard times were and what peoples economic situation was, the kids were always well turned out in decent clothes for such occasions. I used to regularly watch this procession at the junction of Corporation Rd. and Albert Rd. adjacent to Hinton`s grocery store, which today is HSBC.
